Description
This assessment packet contains three assessments and a pretest for the first grade Common Core Standard 1.MD.2.
Students use Unifex cubes to measure the lengths of different pictures and then create their own pictures of certain lengths.
Each assessment has a total of five questions. Two of the questions are higher level questions. These assessments can be used to show growth and mastery of this standard.

I used this assessment to piece together a GMRC assessment.
My students really were engaged and wanted to participate. They understood the concept being reinforced with these pages. I do recommend and will definitely be using these sheets again.
