I created this set of exit tickets for my fifth graders, as a supplement for my math program. They are bundled by strand/topic and can be used with any curriculum. I used them at the end of lessons for formative assessment. They can be used as exit tickets, entrance tickets, extra practice, review before assessments or any way you choose. There are six tickets on each sheet for copying purposes, I had to made only four copies. I would copy the whole unit of exit tickets for management.

The standards are printed at the top of the sheet for the teacher.

I created 105 exit tickets for the year. All the common core standards are addressed many times. There is an answer key included at the end of each unit. (not included in page total)

There is a variety of types of tickets for testing prep. There are some multiple choice, true/false, yes/no, show your work, make a model/diagram, fill in the blank, solve, etc.
