This Common Core Math Pre/Post Assessment is based on the Common Core Standards for second grade. It is a great Type 3 assessment!
Give this assessment at the beginning of the year to find out each students knowledge base and again at the end of the year to track their growth.
The assessment includes an attractive title page, a standards reference page, scoring guide, and a percent tracking page. When students receive their scores, they will color in their percent on the tracking page. This gives them a colorful visual of their growth.
Each standard on the reference page is color coded to match the standards listed with each question, and the scoring guide at the end of the assessment. This assessment works best with the My Math series, but can be used in any second grade classroom.
