Looking for a great way to track data? Look no further for an easy way to keep track of your students success in Common Core Math. Contains: Geometry, Operations and Algebraic Thinking, Numbers and Operations In Base Ten, Measurement and Data.
This PDF file contains a student page for them to personally track their own data. I like to let my students use a highlighter to highlight the box when we have learned a certain topic and they are proficient in that area. This way, I know that they have not just colored in with a crayon at their desk :)
This file also contains a teacher page for you to keep track of who needs to review what skill. Maybe another lesson is needed on time to the hour, easy to see with this check sheet! I like to do a check when the child has passed the weekly assessment on the skill. At a quick glance, I can see who I still need to work with.
This is a non-editable PDF document.
