This is a brief power point that covers the basics of the Common Core State Standards and the Scope & Sequence that must be created for each grade's curriculum. There are 6 main slides in three categories. The first slides give an overview of the common core, and next 2 slides give an overview for delevoping a Scope & Sequence and the last 2 slides are light and enjoyable ending activities. This is a great power point to show to introduce at professional development and the faculty and staff who are not familiar with the Common Core or need a refresher course.
