Description
This resource is a DIGITAL GAME to be played on a DIGITAL DEVICE. It will help children that are learning about community helpers.
This game can be played on interactive whiteboards, computers, and tablets. BoomCards apps are also available. An INTERNET CONNECTION is REQUIRED.
In this set of digital cards, students will match pictures of community helpers with pictures of their places of employment (job locations). They click on the correct answer from 3 options. There are 2 community helpers for EACH job (1 female and 1 male).
The jobs are teacher, crossing guard, police officer, firefighter, lifeguard, baker, farmer, doctor, nurse, zookeeper, mail carrier, veterinarian, and florist.
This activity, which includes 26 cards, can be played over and over again and the cards will be shuffled each time! This resource is digital, interactive, paperless, no prep, and self-checking. Each card indicates whether the answer is correct or not. The game is fun and easy to use.
Please note that this activity is HOSTED on the BOOM Learning Site and NOT on TpT. When you download this digital resource, you will be provided with a pdf which takes you to the full version of the game on BOOM Learning! If you do not already have an account with Boom Learning, they will open a FREE account for you. You will need to provide a user name and valid email.
