Description

This interactive PowerPoint has all the bells and whistles to keep your young students engaged while learning about 9 community helpers: police officer, firefighter, teacher, baker, dentist, doctor, construction worker, mail carrier and farmer. This PowerPoint has animations, sound effects, discussion questions, and even a quiz with multiple choice questions! It is extremely user-friendly! Zero prep time needed!

Please note, if you have an older version of Microsoft Office, some of the advanced animation and transition features of this PowerPoint may not play, but the basic visual and audio features will present well.

I realize that not every school has the technology needed for the PowerPoint presentation in classrooms. If that’s your case, just print my Community Helpers Book instead and read it to or with your students. The book has colorful illustrations, interesting content, discussion questions, and a quiz with 9 multiple choice questions.

This product has a perfect companion - Community Helpers: Set of 9 (Crafts and Craftivities). It is available in my TpT store. These are award winning crafts that I am very proud of and happy to share with teachers and students! I received many positive feedbacks from customers who bought these crafts. They all were very happy with the product. These crafts will be a great addition to your Community Helpers unit! They will look amazing on your bulletin board or in your hallway with my Community Helpers Posters / Bulletin Board Set.

Keep your English Language Learners and young students engaged with my Community Helpers BINGO Game. It's an fun way to help them expand their vocabulary and to practice listening comprehension skills!
