Comparing CVC and CVCe patterns can be challenging for Letter Name spellers, but this activity can help students work on seeing vowel patterns. We know decoding words and recognizing spelling patterns is very important for students to become independent readers. Thankfully, most kids love tech and you'll have all eyes on you as you model using your Smartboard with these Boom Card activities!

HOW TEACHERS CAN USE THIS RESOURCE:

Teachers can use this resource on a smartboard and have students click and drag the words to the correct answer block as you try to match the picture. There are 25 cards to do giving a good amount of practice. After you model a few, you can assign it for students to use on laptops, ipads, and your Smartboard. There is audio support for directions, so your students can be completely independent.

THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT BOOM CARDS AND BOOM LEARNING:
