Description
Comparing numbers can be an abstract concept for some students. These visually aids are designed to help students learn how to compare and understand number quantities for numbers 0-9. There are four visuals:
1. Greater Than, Less Than, and Equal Signs- defines each and which way the "greater than" and "less than" signs point
2. Similar to the first poster, but each sign is used with numbers to demonstrate use
3. Similar to the second poster, but breaks the concept down further for more struggling learners by also adding dots to correspond to number quantity
4. Poster showing numbers 0-9 with corresponding dots to show number quantity
