Comparing numbers has never been easier! Your first-grade students will gain a solid understanding of how to compare two-digit numbers to 100, using base ten blocks. Six worksheets, a digital game, and a partner activity are included!

This resource contains three different types of activities for comparing numbers to use with your class.

  1. Digital resource with 15 slides
  2. Six worksheets for comparing numbers
  3. Partner Game

Digital Resource:

The digital resource contains 15 slides for students to compare numbers. The slides are preloaded and ready to use in Google Slides, Seesaw and EASEL. Students use the moveable pieces to build and compare both numbers. This component is perfect to assign to students digitally or use them on your interactive whiteboard to teach the skill.

Worksheets:

6 worksheets comparing 2-digit numbers plus answer keys to practice greater than, less than, and equal to.

Partner Game:

The game follows a similar format to the digital resource. Students work in pairs to choose two numbers, build the numbers, and compare them. The game can be placed in a write and wipe pocket for easy use.
