Games Included

• Alligator Sort
  • Lay cards face down in a pile. Turn over a card and sort under the correct easel.
  • Focus Skills: sorting numbers less than 10 and greater than 10
    • Cards include recognizing numbers using standard form, ten frames, tally marks and fingers

• Alligator Showdown
  • This game is played like the game war. Students have their own deck of cards and turn a card over. The player with the largest (or smallest number depending on which skill you are practicing) wins the round.

• Snack Time
  • Cards are face down in a pile. Turn over a card and read the number. If a snack card is drawn player passes cards to the next player.
