Place Value Comparing Numbers Digital Task Cards

Practice comparing numbers up to 10,000 with number lines, tables, and place value charts.

  • Number Line- Students will drag the dots to mark each number on the number line, then type <, >, or = to compare the numbers.
  • Table- Compare and order numbers using the "Used Car Sales" table (compares 3 or more numbers)
  • Place Value charts- drag the tiles to build each number, then compare.

Read and write numbers to 1000 using base-ten numerals, number names, and expanded form.
Recognize that in a multi-digit whole number, a digit in one place represents ten times what it represents in the place to its right. For example, recognize that 700 ÷ 70 = 10 by applying concepts of place value and division.
