How-To:
Students will cut out the pattern finishers and use them to complete the 18 patterns. Students can glue them onto the page or everything can be laminated and used as a center.
Students can then create their own patterns using a blank pattern activity mat & 4 different cookies/cookie jars.
Teacher Perks:
Use the included visual aid to introduce the definition of a repeating pattern, pattern rules and examples. Students can add this to their notebooks or it can be displayed in your classroom for whole group use.
The three worksheet versions include:
