I’ve worked across a variety of roles—from teacher to team lead, coach to curriculum director—and every one of them has deepened my commitment to creating a healthier, more sustainable profession for educators.
I believe in high standards and soft landings. In systems that work *with* teachers, not *against* them. And in designing with care—for the real people doing the work every day.
Also: I once competed in an open-water swim in Turks and Caicos. I bring that same energy to every project—focused, bold, and all in.
