Description
A Genius Project is a fun and engaging way for students to practice research, design, and presentation skills by selecting their own topic of interest!
Often times, students select historical or science topics that often tie inter-disciplinaries together!
Students:
- Begin by selecting any topic they are interested in exploring
- Generate questions (I encourage open-ended questions)
- Research
- Create a presentation!
- Teach the Class all about their topic of choice using the powerpoint/google slide they created!
I designate 3-5 days on Genius Projects and have students complete them between units.
