This is a great packet for up to 6th grade. The PPT's are great to add into the google classroom for reference at home. I didn't like the breakdown in the research portion. The author used language "aha" and "favorite aha". This confused my students. I told them to forget that and to gather 5 facts from each resource. Also, even the document is given in a PPT, making it impossible to convert it into a document that they can type on. Most of our students don't write and then type, they just type their work. In turn the packet just becomes an organization tool. This is a very high price for a product you can't customize.

Thank you, Kathryn, for your specific feedback. I will definitely take what you have told me and make some adjustments to the bundle. I will send them out once they are complete and notify you. As a new seller, it is so helpful to hear what is working and what needs improvement. I originally designed the research portion for third graders who had never done a research project. I can see how a more sophisticated version would be better for 5th and 6th graders and will work on adding that, as well as a digital version of the data log. If you feel that this is still not a good fit for you, please, email me at cupcakestudiosproductions@gmail.com to discuss a refund. I truly want each sale to be a win/win for both of us.
