This past year over half my class participated in music lessons in school. Students were constantly in and out of my classroom and I quickly lost track of who needed to complete what work. I created these forms to help us stay organized. When a student leaves the room they are responsible for leaving this slip on their desk. While they are gone I can quickly walk to their desk and jot down the things they missed.
