Before engaging students in this activity, I suggest reading the amazing book "Compost Stew" by Mary McKenna Siddals. After reading this book, use this worksheet as a quick consolidation to see what students learned about what can and cannot go in the compost. Encourages DI, as students may draw or write their answers on the page!
