This bundle aligns with the Science of Reading and includes 16 phonics skill assessments along with sight word assessments for grades pre-k through 3! Product format: ZIP file with individual assessment PDFs- compatible with any computer including Chromebooks!

Phonics Skill Assessments

This assessment package covers 16 phonics skills! There are 4 word lists for each skill included in 16 individual skill assessments. This resource helps you easily collect data over time for students working on specific phonics skills.

Assessments Included: (4 lists of 10 words in each assessment)

- short/long vowels

- VC words

- CVC words

- CVCe

- consonant blends

- consonant digraphs

- r- controlled vowels

- vowel digraphs

- diphthongs

- 2 syllable words (open and closed mixed)

- 6 syllable types individually ( open, closed, VCe, vowel team, vowel + R, consonant+le)

Sight Word Assessments

Easily track your students' sight word knowledge with these print-and-go sight word lists! There are 4 data collection lists for each grade so you can easily track progress over time! Up to 70% of text is comprised of sight words so this product is an excellent measure of sight word knowledge to provide a better picture of a student's reading ability.
