The “cover card” (rainbow with black corners on the slide) contains a blank to write a student’s name and 3 distinctly colored cards to login to 3 different websites. Just print out as many copies as you need for your kids to have one 4-card loop apiece, then cut out the cards, and fasten them all together in a 4-card loop (one loop per student) using a silver book ring or yarn/ceiling fan chain, whatever works best for you.

To re-use each year, simply laminate and use a wet erase marker to write down each website and username/password on each card.
