Since technology is used everyday in schools, students have many usernames and passwords that they must remember. Use this computer password sheet to help your students keep track of website, usernames, and passwords.

I usually print off the sheet, write in all of the information, and laminate. My students bring this sheet with them every time we go to the computer lab.

It conveniently has 2 sheets per page and there are two different designs.
