Computer Tags / Seating Chart for Computer Lab
Share

Description

These tags can be used to label computers in a computer lab. This makes is easier to submit repair requests to the technology department because you can easily tell what number the computer in question is. In addition, there are slots to include student names for 7 periods of the day, so you can use the tags as a seating chart that can easily be seen by other teachers who share the same lab or by administrators who are checking to see who might be responsible for a particular infraction in the lab.

Tags are approximately business-card sized. Tags are numbered Computer 1 through Computer 30, with two write-in tags that can be used as replacements/extras.

Download includes a PDF version and an editable Excel version of file.

I printed mine on colored paper and laminated them. I used a wet/dry marker to add student names after lamination, so that the cards were reusable. We had three labs to label, so I used a different color for each lab.
