Concrete project- Math sheet
Share

Description

This is a worksheet students can fill out for a concrete project. I made it so they could practice the math that goes with estimating materials needed for a concrete project. I used the second half of it for the measurements to have students make a concrete form and fill it with concrete. I had students paint them once they were dry and used them as a walking path around our raised garden beds.

I know a 6ft by 6ft concrete pad is not realistic for a helicopter pad. It's just an example to make the scale down easier and less complicated. The folder includes the worksheet and answer key.

This is such a great hands-on project for my PAFNR students to introduce them into the world of Ag Mechanics!
