Description
This makes a banner that says “CONGRATULATIONS!”. The finished length of the banner is approximately 7 feet. You can easily print, cut, and assemble this banner! Hang it for your graduation ceremony, retirement party, or other festive event.
To make the banner:
1) Print on cardstock or heavy paper.
2) Cut the pages in fourths to create 4 flags each.
3) Punch 2 holes at the top of each flag.
4) String on yarn or ribbon.
