This hands-on activity is great to use for independent work, small groups, math centers, stations, or whole-group instruction. This is for lessons on congruent arcs and chords. There are 12 cards where students apply their knowledge of congruent arcs and chords relationships to create equations and solve for x or/and missing segments or arcs. These cards can be used for many activities either group work or independent work. For group work, I use these cards for “KAGAN Fan N’ Pick” (one student holds the cards, one picks a card, one answers the questions and another one holds the key and checks the answers. They switch roles every question.). I also use it as a scavenger Hunt or gallery walk where I post the cards in different places in my classroom and students work in pairs. I also made a self-correcting Google Sheet activity of this (sold separately. It can be bought as a bundle with this task card). As students answer the cards, they check their answers using Google Sheets.
