I love coloring activities since they are self-checking for students. This one was unique because students were allowed to choose their own colors. I got a nice variety of coloring pages turned in.

My students struggled with consecutive integer word problems in class and on their homework. This was the only extra practice that I could find that mirrored my assignment. Students were engaged immediately and gained confidence working through the 5 problems. Problems progressed in difficulty, and most were able to still complete the work independently, and the ones that still needed help were able to receive the assistance that they required.
