UPDATE: I just checked and printed the pdf and everything is lining up correctly. This file is difficult to print to a copier front to back from a computer. Sending to a copier from the computer, you must tell the copy machine to print pages 3-6, front to back, and flip on the short edge. I usually just print one-sided, then flip them before I run them through the copy machine to make sure they print right. If there is something else going on, please feel free to email me at jstallingontpt@gmail.com and I will do my best to help you troubleshoot this issue. I apologize for how difficult this was to print. I'm going to try to print the file and see what is going on, and see if I can fix it.
