Description
This is something I use during my Social Studies unit on the continents. Each week my 2nd graders study a specific continent. We talk about countries, the people, and even animals found there. To further extend my students research skills, I've designed this weekly homework. Basically, students pick a country from the continent we are currently studying and fill out the research form at home. They need to show the flag and list 3 facts they learned about the country. I send it on Monday and it is due the following Friday. Attached is the research form and a letter to parents explaining the homework. Enjoy!

Thank you for the resource!
Thanks, great resource.
Perfect! In the future, can you make an editable version? I would like to change the wording/week days on the parent letter.
