Teaching converting customary units of measurement can be dull and dry, but it doesn’t have to be! Make practicing converting customary units of measurement fun with this ready to go spring coloring sheets activity for customary units of length, weight, and capacity. Whether you need a March coloring page for early finishers or a measurement centers activity, this will keep your students engaged and excited about learning these concepts.

This fifth grade color-by-number resource includes four practice pages for each unit (customary units of length, weight, and capacity) for a total of 12 practice pages.

My students enjoyed the artistic activity of the resource. Instead of a standard worksheet, it was something different and unusual. Students first took care of solving the conversions and then the coloring activity. I would recommend this as a way to help students take a break from typical activities.
