Help students successfully prepare for, execute and reflect on cooking labs. To prepare for the lab, students will first complete the Mise en Place Worksheet and Changing Yield Worksheet. During a live cooking demonstration completed by the instructor prior to the cooking lab, students will complete the Cooking Demonstration Ticket, which tests their understanding of the techniques and methods needed for successful recipe completion. Finally, after the cooking lab is complete, students will work through the Cooking Lab Reflection to articulate what went well and what needed improvement with their lab experience.
