This is a cooking lab sheet to be completed by each cooking group either the day before or the day of a cooking lab in the FACS or Culinary classroom. This pdf includes 2 lab sheets per page that can be cut in half. I require my managers to complete these and turn in for their group to receive the grade for the cooking lab.
