Description
This product includes templates for Cornell two-column note-taking. These templates are suitable for grades 8+. Included is an instruction sheet for students, an explanation of how to use the Cornell method, and a form-fill Word document for student use. This is great for teachers who want students to submit their notes online via Google Docs, Dropbox, email, etc.! An editable Word document is also included for the teacher as well as samples of two of the most commonly used Cornell methods for students to reference.
While many Cornell templates are available to print and hand out, this template takes it to a new level with the ability to take notes on the computer and submit electronically. Why ask students to turn in a hard copy of their notes when they need their notes to study from? By submitting electronically, students can keep their notes and turn them in, too.
The Cornell method is one of the best-known methods of note-taking and allows students to experience note-taking success in preparation for college. It is commonly taught in study skills courses and is simple enough for even struggling learners to use yet complex enough for gifted students to use for advanced level courses. Works great for almost any subject (including math!).
