Description
I will NEVER teach again without counting collections. Making time for students to work with numbers is so vital in building their number sense! In my classroom, we do counting collections every Thursday during our math stations. The kids LOVE them! Counting collections help students practice oral counting, skip counting, recording and explaining their thinking, and problem solving and thinking strategically.
This pack includes:
-6 recording sheets including one editable recording sheet
-Support cards for counting by ones, twos, fives, and tens. Students lay the items they are counting directly onto these cards to scaffold their learning.
-Reference cards that show counting by twos, fives, and tens to 200.
