Counting Forward from a Given Number K.CC.A.2

This PowerPoint is aligned to K.CC.A.2 Count forward beginning from a given number within the known sequence (instread of having to begin at 1).

What’s great with this PowerPoint lesson is that it’s mess-less, paperless, easy to set up and fun!

When you have a few minutes to spare, play this PowerPoint and have the students call out the numbers. You can change the slides sequence yourself, and you can set the settings for them to change automatically. Also choose to set the slide setting faster. The students will begin to see how fast they can say the numbers.


Each PowerPoint set includes counting forwards and backwards.
There are 3 versions, manual and autoplay in powerpoint and a version in video.

Most of all, have fun!
