Description
This Counting Money Math Worksheet: Penny includes a description and detailed image of the front and back of the penny so students learn how to identify the coin. Questions include multiple choice questions on calculating the sum of all coins shown, coin identification, and skip counting to show a given total.
This worksheet is part of a series that includes the other coins and the dollar bill:
The Penny
The Nickel
The Dime
The Quarter
The Dollar Bill
By having worksheets that specifically cover what you are teaching you are able to demonstrate to administrators, students and others which common core standards are being covered that day/week/month. This worksheet aligns with several common core standards.
