I’m using this to teach a group of high school homeschoolers. The students do like the videos, but I’ve had to spend a great deal of time getting other resources and activities for them to actually learn the material. This file is fairly expensive for the equivalent of a YouTube playlist for free videos, and a list of existing Kahoots. Honestly I have not tried the Quizziz, so I can’t speak to that. Tips: The videos themselves done by Crash Course are packed full of information, but I’ve found that adjusting the playback speed to 90 helps even the most advanced among my students have time to grasp it. I use the closed captions on YT for my learners that struggle with extensive amounts of verbal information. The last accommodation I find helpful for my students is to read the Kahoot question aloud to help my dyslexic students keep up.
