This is a fun activity for students after learning about space, rovers, or can be used as a fun STEM activity.

Students can use supplies provided, edible items, or student preference items to create their personal rover.

Rubric provided:

-Rover name 10 pts

-Rover drawing images 25 pts

-Information about your rover 25 pts

It can be a fictional story about your rover. =)

-Image of rover model 40 pts

The slideshow has plenty of student example images to help students get started.

The slideshow will encourage students to go through the steps of creation first, as they create a slideshow presentation to show their rover brainstorming drawing, and then upload their final project. If you prefer to not use the detailed version, you can pick and chose the slides you like for a simple rover project too.
