I use this as a final project for my 5th grade music appreciation class. This could easily be used for any middle school music classes. The students get so creative with this and exceed my expectations every year!

This can be used as an in-class assignment or as a take-home project. My student make their instruments at home, but I give class time to work on and proofread their written descriptions.

Included are all project requirements and descriptions as well as grading sheets and rubrics.
