Students don't always love word problems but this is a way to bring their creativity in to make word problems more fun!

In this activity, students will practice their estimating and multiplication skills! They will also be tasked with explaining their answer with academic vocabulary like estimate, product and reasonable! (Example is used with multiplying decimals by a one digit number but can be easily differentiated down to multiplying whole numbers or multiplying multi-digit numbers).

This is a great math activity to hang in the hallway bulletin board!
