Description
This is a project that my students complete after our maps & globes social studies unit!
I allow my students to choose their map shape.
I require all students to have a compass, key, map name, and color on their map.
They get to decide what is on the key: what the pictures are and what they represent.
They had a lot of fun with it and got a chance to be creative while also showing off their skills!
***Map Shapes Included:
circle, rectangle, star, cat, dog, tree, house, car, truck, jeep, raccoon, fox, cupcake, hat, unicorn, apple, banana, pug, bird, paw print, dragon, dolphin, coffee cup.
