Using a Google Form you can create a Digital Escape Room that has your students solve problems, riddles, locate items etc and type their responses into your Form. If the response matches with your answer they will be allowed to move on to the next question or section of your form.

In this package I have provided a simple copy of a Google Form Breakout I had created during Halloween. I have also provided a google doc that gives the instructions on how to make a Google Form Breakout activity.
