This Move & Groove Challenge Completion Slip is a simple, printer-friendly home connection designed to align with the Creative Curriculum Exercise Study. It supports children as they explore how their bodies move, why exercise is important, and how physical activity helps keep them healthy and strong.

During the Exercise Study, children are encouraged to move their bodies in different ways at school and at home. This completion slip allows families to support that learning at home while giving teachers an easy way to confirm participation and celebrate children’s efforts.
