Creative Curriculum Wow Experiences - Get Parents Involved
Share

Description

This is a form I created to identify areas that families would be interested in helping or sharing with the class through wow experiences. This form is directly linked to the Wow experiences identified in the six study guides from the Creative Curriculum, 5th edition. I have had great success in increasing family and community involvement using this form. I provide it to families at open house or during home visits and use the information gathered to plan for experiences throughout the year. The download includes the one page form in both word and pdf formats.
