Description

Writing with Netflix is a super fun way to get the concept of plotting a story to stick. By the end of this creative writing adventure, students will have a fully fleshed out, unique plot - all from watching a Netflix movie! This 22-page guide will lead students through the process of plotting using examples from Netflix and the movie Aladdin.

Before using this writing course, please ensure students have completed my previous course on how to plot a story, Plot A Story - Creative Writing - Semester Long Course - No Prep.

Perfect for middle and high school students, and no prep involved for you!

This resource includes a PDF, a Teachers Pay Teachers interactive overlay, and accompanying Google Slides for easy implementation for your distance learning needs.

Digital activity is pre-made by me. Just download and digitally assign to your students! You also have the option of adding and/or changing the digital activities!

In this course, students will learn:

  • How to recognize different plot points in movies
  • How to twist those plot points into their own ideas
  • Magic
  • And much more!

This is the third in my Bonus series. To check out the other two, click below.
