This is a good practice to go over key features and transformations of cubic functions. It can be used as a review before the assessment. The first page requires skills of reading the graph to recognize transformations, the second page provides transformations and requires students to use their skill of graphing the function based on the transformation. Both pages check the skill of writing equations based on given transformations.

I created and used it with my resource classroom, but it can be used in an on-level class as well as an activity of a shorter duration.
