Description
This file includes one page of notes about different ways to cube binomials--through repeated distribution or through memorizing the expansion "formula". I show how that formula comes from Pascal's Triangle and challenge the students to use the triangle to complete two other expansions.
I also include a modeled example of each method and five practice problems for them to try, increasing in the level of difficulty. You can see everything in the preview!
Answer key is included.
