Description

Instead of giving students a worksheet, why not have a class discussion on events happening in the world around us? This PowerPoint template is great for generating discussion questions and creating a discussion on important topics inside the classroom. With this, teachers can explain the student objective/outcomes, the agenda for the day, and purpose for the assignment. I have used this template weekly, changing the topics being discussed inside my Current Affairs class. It is prefilled out, indicating where the educator must enter the bell ringer, guiding question, exit ticket, and topics he/she want to discuss on the article chosen. If you are looking for a quick prep last minute current event assignment, this is for you! I hope this helps to make discussion little easier inside the social studies classroom.
