Description

This set of 24 task cards provides students with practice converting Customary units of length, capacity, and weight. I have them organized by type; in case you want to use them individually.

#1-8: Length
#9-16: Capacity
#17-24: Weight

All conversions require one step (multiplication/ division are mixed) and have whole number solutions.

Perfect for use as a quiz or test review or just for extra practice after the skill is introduced.

You will receive:

24 Task Cards (4 to a page)
Student Recording Sheet
Answer Key
32 Unique MATHO Game Boards

MATHO: Each student receives a game board & recording sheet. As a class, the teacher can print & display the task cards under the document camera. Students will work them independently, or in small groups, and cross of the answer on their game board. The first student to get 5 in a row, wins!

Task Cards: Use the cards for activities such as "scoot", a walkabout activity, or display them under the document camera and have students write their answers on mini whiteboards.

This was a great review game for converting customary measurement. I wish the cards were half a page or even a page instead of a quarter page. The cards were too small for the kids to use their bingo chips.
