Description

Three Charts:
Pg 1 - Charting overall behavior - the adults only use this for tracking behavior to assess changes over time.

Pg 2 - Behavior for prizes - download and put where kids can see it, they get prizes for varying levels of good behavior. The main goal was to make it EASY to get more good than bad - they get a lot of cheesy little prizes; they have NEVER failed to get more good behavior marks than bad, which is the plan. You do have to pay attention during the day and "catch" them being good.

Pg 3 - Chores for screen time - on my list, each chore takes just a few minutes, doing five "chores" takes about 10-15 minutes. Again, aiming to make success easy to achieve.

All three pages are customizable!!! Just watch the page lines - each chart takes up pretty much a full page right now. The thumbnails do NOT show the spreadsheet as it prints from a desktop view; from a desktop computer these should print as exactly three pages.

Note: these were created for use in a home setting, and I am sharing here to help others who are trying to help a child improve behavior. Pages 2-3 may not be appropriate for neurodivergent children.
