Description
Recognizing shapes and their attributes is an important part of learning all about the basics of geometry. With this DIGITAL interactive notebook, working with shapes with activities such as matching shapes to names and attributes, composing larger shapes from smaller shapes, and identifying shapes in the world around us, students can easily extend their learning. The activities are easy to understand and require the students to click and drag the items on the slides.
All a teacher needs to do is share the link via Google™ Classroom or other Learning Management System (LMS). Simply sign in to your Google™ account and click the link to make a copy to your Google Drive.

- Compose a Shape
- 3D Shapes Match

- Plane Shape Pictures
- Solid Shape Pictures

The shapes included in this activity are: square, triangle, circle, oval, rectangle, hexagon, octagon, heptagon, trapezoid, rhombus, and pentagon; 3D shapes include: sphere, rectangular prism, pyramid, cube, cylinder, and cone.
This product is digital and you will need a device such as a smartphone or a computer, Internet access, and a free Google ™ account or a Microsoft ® Office account. When you download, you will receive a zip file containing a PDF file with a link to the digital copy as well as a PowerPoint copy, and a guide on using Digital Products in the classroom.
